“I am the Client of whom Ayanna Martin speaks and was on a three-way call between Martin, Frain and myself. I am not "old and worried about my last days". Frain did NOT contact me, I initiated the contact with Frain Mortuary. Ms. Martin's remarks are self-serving as she is employed by the Neptune Co. with which I am currently contracted for cremation. I had Frain contact Neptune in August. It was a whole month before they returned the call. If I had been "worrying about my final arrangements", I certainly am now and until the contract with Neptune gets switched to Frain. Not knowing the integrity of the Frain family, Ms. Martin insinuated that they would try to cheat me for more than was contracted, and to "not let that happen". I have known the Frain family for years and trust them implicitly. Yes, of course it upset Frain to be accused of fraud, and yes Ms. Martin hung up on us. Any problem I have is with Neptune and Ms. Martin, not Frain.”
