Listen up everybody, I brought my M15 R4. Alienware laptop in because my fans have failed, I had 3 different highly rated Cincinnati pc repair shops fail to fix it, they said they didnt know how so i was frustratingly dropping off my laptop there and picking it back up. Now Larry did it in the same day but also was charging Half of whatever else in Cincinnati's charging, if I live downtown and had to drive 55 minutes to have my laptop repaired by Randy, I would do it every time. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Don't judge a book by its cover , I bet he would run circles around the younger guys claiming they are pc repair pro's.
I trust no one as well as I trust Randy at Eckstein Computer Service. He has serviced many of my electronics and has always been knowledgeable, caring, trustworthy and reasonable in fees. Plus he has quick turnaround in repair time. He is the perfect example of what every business person should be like!!
Randy is great. Fast, honest, reliable, and friendly service. I know who to call with any PC issues in the future.
Called randy up and let him know the issues over the phone, after a couple min he let me know what he thought it was. He gave me a diag time of 2 days, to my surprise he called me an hour later after drop off, to confirm his thoughts. The following day calls with repairs done, the laptop ran like a dream when we got it home. Its hard to find good service like this, i highly recommend Eckstein Computer service..
The owner is very knowledgeable and passionate about each customer. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying "the best". The owner, Randy, took his time with me and answered each question in detail and that is hard to come by these days. Randy didn't just want my money, he wanted me to find the computer that was right for me for my needs. He didn't recommend the most expensive computer he had. Friends have recommended Randy to me for their computer repairs and if I do have a problem in the future, Randy's my man.
