“I picked up our new ProPride P3 hitch direct from the manufacturer but following my spinal fusion needed help getting it installed. Less than a day into our recent 6 week shake-down trip, it was blatantly obvious that the hitch sold to us by the dealership where we got our Arctic Fox was woefully insufficient! My father-in-law recommended Pine Ridge, and Dennis was great to work with via email while on the road to be scheduled for installation when back in Cincinnati for two weeks. Today the team did a great job with the installation. The tow home was significantly better than all previous towing with the old hitch. Very glad the pros at Pine Ridge tackled this very complex instead and charged a fair price.”

Patrick was able to help me diagnose a faulty battery and replace both batteries with new SuperStart Extreme batteries. The selection of soapstone was so beautiful that it took several trips to decide on the perfect piece. Angie and Sebastian were gracious and so wonderful to work with. Sebastian was able to craft the piece that we fell in love with and use it in our kitchen as well as on the hearth of the fireplace. They also installed a beautiful piece of marble in our master bath. We would absolutely recommend them for their knowledge and craftmanship. Building a home can be stressful, but they made this process a wonderful experience. We get so many compliments on the beauty of each piece. We are grateful.”

He told me all I needed to know about CBD oil and where theirs comes from. I got to try the rub and bought it and some CBD oil at a decent price too!!! I will go back. ..... This is an update on the CBD oil they sale. Let me say I have a bunch of ailments and fibromyalgia is one of them. This stuff really works!! Is it a cure, NO, you will have to keep buying it. I don't have to use it everyday either. I bought the rub and CBD oil on Aug 6th 2022 and still have plenty left. You don't have to pay 80$ a bottle either I think I paid 30ish some dollars for it. “Bought our Harmon woodstove for the house we were building about 10 years ago. Recently bought the Jim Bowie pellet smoker. Really nice friendly and knowledgeable employees. Put together and burned out the smoker for us and helped load it too! Highly recommend and will continue to do business with them. They are a bit out of our way but worth it for the quality and service you get here!
