Alienware laptop in because my fans have failed, I had 3 different highly rated Cincinnati pc repair shops fail to fix it, they said they didnt know how so i was frustratingly dropping off my laptop there and picking it back up. Now Larry did it in the same day but also was charging Half of whatever else in Cincinnati's charging, if I live downtown and had to drive 55 minutes to have my laptop repaired by Randy, I would do it every time. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Don't judge a book by its cover , I bet he would run circles around the younger guys claiming they are pc repair pro's.”

He had some amazing bikes, advertising, and artifacts from the 60’s and 70’s. The owner Steve was knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about his museum. It was a fun adventure!”
