“Obviously no one wants to tell about why they had to bring this company in. Very discreet, trucks not marked except license plates labeled IBBA. He stated if any nosey neighbors ask he tells them they are sanitizing the house since again. Very embarrassing to say you have bed bugs. Bill was very respectful, very polite and helpful with questions we asked which were obviously a lot. Felt like I had known him for awhile even after 3 months coming back for his follow up, he remembered me and was very polite and friendly. Great company great technician!
