“This is a nice country church that has lots of activities for children and adults alike. It is a good place to learn and they have excellent Christian and Gospel music here. There is a traditional church service at 9:00am with old time Gospel music and then a contemporary service at 11:00am that offers Christian music that is of a modern genre. Plenty of parking which is free and it is located in an extremely safe area of Shelby County.All who want to learn about The Holy Bible and all that goes along with that are welcomed here.”

It is a very old and historical small church building that was built around the time of the American Civil War.While the congregation and attendance here is very small,it is still a great place to go and learn and to worship. The service hours have recently changed so you will have to call the church or look it up online to find out the service times.”

I was married and had been attending a large Pentecostal church in Indianapolis for over 25 years....but now I have moved back to my hometown of Shelbyville (IN) and have been attending services frequently since. I can honestly say that the Power of God is in this place and in the preaching of the current pastor, Rev. McDonald. This preacher has an uncanny ability to preach what the Bible says...his knowledge of the Word of God is unbelieveable. The presence of the Lord is in this place. You can feel it in the music and in the ministry. I love it!”
