Bob is a pool whisperer. This is my 1st year owning a pool and even though I didn't buy it from them, Bob treated me as if I was his only customer. Awesome service!

Very knowledgeable and does not push or try and over sell. I have dealt with pools my whole life, running summer pools and indoor pools, and this company is by far the best I have ever worked with.

Kent's crew is fast & efficient at opening and closing our pool. I have never had a problem scheduling the exact date that I want. In the store, Mgr. Bob is helpful and personable--in person or on the phone. He always has time to answer questions and explain needed procedures.

A++++ Start to finish 100% the best and beyond service I could of asked for. Bob is one heck of a guy behind the counter. Helped me beyond words purchase my first above ground pool. I was a few weeks before the pool season officially opened so I was able to get an above ground pool ordered before they were sold out for the year. This could change depending on design and suppliers. They were booked out for installs so I decided to learn and install the pool myself with the help of my family. Bob taught me the filter and pump system. Helped with videos, online links, paper manuals and everything in between. Always able to help and offer advice from many many years in the business. You need a water sample tested, go see him. He will help you and get you exactly what you need. Dealing with this business and especially Bob... It was a total blessing. I highly HIGHLY recommend.

Complete Pool Service is AMAZING. My husband and I dealt with Bob. He was very straightforward and friendly. He gave us great instructions, helpful tips, and just wonderful customer service. All of our pool needs were met and then some. The price was affordable, the quality is second to none, and the pool package was top notch. We received everything we needed to get our summer starter.
