“We recently went in for a window replacement. Upon installation of the first window the manager noted a very small imperfection in the glass. To be honest, I believe it would have taken some time for us to notice it. When we went to pick up the car she walked us out and showed us the issue. She said she had another window ordered and set us up with another appointment date. No charge at that time. This blew me away, that is incredible customer service in my opinion. Something the installer or company had no direct control of, and they just took every step to make it correct. When we went to get the replacement window installed they took the car in quickly and replaced the window in a timely manner. When we went to pick the car back up I was surprised to see they had replaced it with actual factory glass and not the typical replacement. Again, incredible customer service. I can't say enough good things about how they took care of us. THANKS!!!”

“I had a 32' RV that blew a wheel bearing while on I69. After doing what I could to be able to move the trailer I contacted Bill's as they showed to be the closest. I talked to Gary who told me that he would do his best to look at it if I could get it there. After a very slow trip alongside of the xway we made it. I actually expected a rather long wait but within 45 minutes Gary managed to get it back to his tech's who started to work on it right away. We were back on the road in less than two hours from when we arrived and with a service bill that was totally acceptable and appreciated. “What a gem of a find! You are welcomed upon check in with very friendly and helpful staff. The camp store is filled with many items to peruse while also stocking all the necessities (firewood, ice, snacks, etc) "Find Your Happy" is the theme of the apparel and many signs. This is an accurate theme. The sites are all large and long with plenty of space between your neighbors. Can accommodate big rigs and multiple slide outs. The hooks ups are convenient in proportion to your site. The campground is kept very well maintained and clean. New owners in Sept 2021 and very impressed with the updates thus far. Activities for all are available on the weekends. The staff goes out of their way to assist with any questions or requests. We enjoyed our first visit so much that we returned the following weekend. We have stayed in many campgrounds big and small over the years and Happy Acres definitely provides a peaceful environment for you to "Find Your Happy"”

“A++++ Start to finish 100% the best and beyond service I could of asked for. Bob is one heck of a guy behind the counter. Helped me beyond words purchase my first above ground pool. I was a few weeks before the pool season officially opened so I was able to get an above ground pool ordered before they were sold out for the year. This could change depending on design and suppliers. They were booked out for installs so I decided to learn and install the pool myself with the help of my family. Bob taught me the filter and pump system. Helped with videos, online links, paper manuals and everything in between. Always able to help and offer advice from many many years in the business. You need a water sample tested, go see him. He will help you and get you exactly what you need. Dealing with this business and especially Bob... It was a total blessing. I highly HIGHLY recommend.”
