I know he told you how busy we are and that he may not get to it right away. Our regular customers will always come first and he was generous enough to offer to work on it. Nobody was keeping your vehicle, you were just expecting him to drop everything for you. My husband is one of the best mechanics in southern Indiana and He bends over backwards to help everyone.
