A friend of mine got a really great deal on her home, and it's very nice out here. Clean and quiet.

Drove through this Park, looking for a vacant lot. We're thinking of ordering a new mobile home and trying to find a great park to place it in. We're from Ohio and not familiar with the area. I must say this Park is very inviting and clean. The park is very pretty! We drove through several parks through out Richmond, needless to say...this was by far, the nicest one.

Good clean place with a pool for the people and great friendly neighborhood..

I have lived here for 5+ years, until recently. It's a very clean mobile home park with friendly staff and neighbors. It is a very quiet and peaceful setting and offers a community gazebo, basketball and tennis courts, and a swimming pool that is kept extremely clean. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for these amenities in their next property.

Honestly I do not live there, I was have visited a friend that lives there several times, very cleanly kept, slow speed, pool, fenced but not gated, nice mobile home park ,if I had to live in one in Richmond In., that's the one I'd prefer to live in!!
