“I started going to House of Pain on the recommendation of my girlfriend who had been a client of Troy Fisher previously. Troy's approach he uses with me is exactly what I like. He does not push me because he knows I am pushing myself, but I suspect he would do that if it was needed or worked better for me. He takes the thinking out of the workout for me by setting the weights and directing the exercises to do. He remains cognizant of certain limits I have and asks if anything is causing pain. All I have to do is show up and give the physical effort. Is it worth the cost? For me, it absolutely is. Access to a full gym of equipment, knowledge guidance, and the motivation that comes from making a personal commitment make for an exercise routine that I will stick with.”

“We are from out of town and brought our two kids and family. I loved that it was fenced in (despite the hole that I hope will be fixed...) And my 16 month old and almost 6 year old had so much fun playing on the big and little equipment. Having the little garden within the playground is sweet too. I love that the kids can play music creatively while also running around playing and climbing! We will definitely come back.”

Staff was friendly and helpful. They could post their hours on the door, that would be helpful. “Dr. Fisher and staff are amazing! I was was recently treated for an eye infection by general practice and I was still having issues with my vision and it was getting worse by the day! I was unable to get into my regular optometrist for an entire month!! I just couldn’t wait that long I was in desperate need of being seen I had a friend refer me to their office. When I called the receptionist was very professional she could get me in next day! During my visit with Doc he took time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly examined my eyes I received my prescription same day and I mean he hit it out of the park I used my eye drops as prescribed and next day my vision improved 100%. I could not be happier with my experience i am happy to say he will be my new optometrist.”

“Wr had THE BEST DAY doing the Chocolate Trail ... so many great shops and treats to try... and so many SWEET people who worked at the shops!!!!! Each shop we went in to was prepared with a treat or offering. I would HIGHLY recommend you take the tour... you will NOT regret it.... and make sure you get the t-shirt after visiting most of them! Also.... pick up a paper passport at the Welcome Center. Do not use the online form. Most of the businesses said they had an issue with getting it to work.”
