Lincare

First contact with Lincare was Rachel on the phone. She had excellent customer skills and had all the right answers that were needed. The RRT Haley H. was professional/positive and assisted us in selecting correct C-PAP equipment for my husband. She made him (and I) feel both comfortable and confident that this was going to be something to benefit him health wise. Looking forward to working with her and the Lincare company. So far so good :-)

I have dealt with Lincare as my supplier for many years now. And as always, they never disappoint. Always courtesy and helpful and getting what I need done and answering any questions I may have. Lincare has always been a pleasure to work with.

I had a baby come home on oxygen 9 months ago. Staff came out the day we got home from the nicu and helped us get everything set up and made sure we understood how to use everything.

Since then, Mike has been so helpful and accomodating. He's friendly, and easy to get ahold of, and never acts like i trouble him when I message him last minute that we're almost out of tanks. And then he gets them out to us quick! Our deliveries are supposed to be scheduled for Mondays, but there have been so many times they have delivered on random days because we didn't have enough to get us through to Monday. Staff has even dropped tanks off to us on their way home from work because we were almost out. They have really been so helpful!

Mike with Lincare has been an absolute blessing! I never imagined I would be in a situation where I needed to be on oxygen but here I am. Mike has been so helpful in setting up explaining everything to me. The office staff has also done a great job in working with my insurance. I'd give 10 stars if I could!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Bill and Mike. I was being released from a hospital stay and within an hour mike was at my bedside with portable tanks for me to go home on. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He let me know that Bill would meet me at my house with my machine. Bill was wonderful. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He spent a decent amount of time explaining how everything worked. He didn't leave until I was comfortable operating all of the machines. Thanks so much you guys. I'd recommend you guys to anyone and everyone. A lovely lady called to check on me but I don't remember her name. ♥
