I got in contact with their returns and my whole experience with their customer service was prompt and respectful. I was able to work out an exchange and get a replacement belt back within a week. The replacement belt has so far after a few weeks of use been of good quality worked perfectly. Overall my experience was very positive and I would recommend the company to others.
