“Bought a 2021 Traverse, the staff were very acomidating and not too pushy. Love the ride. Here is the issue. Service since has been less than adequate. I had a recall on my breaks and noted issues b4 the recall. The staff took a look and couldn't find the noise then sent me on my way b4 the recall, with my issue in tow. I came back for my first oil change and was notified at the time... 3 weeks later (noise continues).... about the recall and am now waiting to take it back in for the breaks.”
