“I am not pleased with the service here today. I waited to fuel up today to get maximum reward points. I went in to pay with cash and the attendant did not know how to take my cash payment and my rewards card at the same time. The attendant said to me that she has never heard of the marathon rewards card and did not know how I could receive my rewards points. I am very disappointed on this kind of customer service especially the way the economy is right now,. This employee should have an understanding of customers wanting to save money by taking advantage of marathon advertising Sunday double points for month of Jan. Marathon clearly does not have a proper hiring and training process to match the advertising and business, therefore I will pass on this info on all social media and I will never spend money again at marathon.”
