He and his staff were professional, personable and kind throughout the entire process. They not only had materials delivered to our home the day prior to beginning the project but committed to finishing the job in just two days despite it being a large roof. Due to the rain predicted in the forecast they committed their weekend to our project. The roof looks absolutely gorgeous thank you to Kevin’s team and his recommendation on a color change. If it wasn't for him, I would've had to pay over 60% of a roof replacement. Earlier this year, we had some shingles starting to come off due to storms and wind as did others in the neighborhood. The damage only worsened as time went on and finally I had Donnie come out and help me through the insurance claim process and working directly with our adjuster to explain why the insurance company should be liable to cover the cost of the roof. A couple weeks later after materials were ordered and received, Donnie and his installation crew came out and tore off my old roof and put on a new one all in one day. They were very respectful and left my property cleaner than how they found it! “Weathertight was an absolute delight to work with. On professionalism: I had some ideas what was wrong with my roof, what the original installer hadn't done correctly. I'd called 3 or 4 roofers to do an inspection and quote; each one found maybe one of the deficiencies, but rarely did they overlap with each other. Only Weathertight found all of the problems I knew about in advance. Corey was very upfront with the problems he found, he didn't try to oversell them. On installation day, Weathertight was here at 7am and started tearing the roof off almost immediately. All the guys on the work crew were polite and professional. On crafstmanship: The were quick and efficient, stopping only for a short lunch around noon, but even then they were done by 3p. Just a few weeks later,we had a major storm blow through, and the new roof came out smelling like a rose. No missing shingles, no popped nails, no leaks, nothing. On pricing: Weathertight was the last quote I received, and they came in under all their competition by a country mile. Nothing more need be said :-) I would HIGHLY recommend Weathertight to anyone looking to put a new roof over their heads.”
