“Our dog’s name is Charlie and is not very social towards new people, so naturally we were very anxious about taking him somewhere new, but he didn’t like the vet at the clinic down the street from us, so we decided to drive 50 min to this clinic. It was completely worth it!! Dr. Walbert is very calm, thorough, and knowledgeable. Charlie was a happy camper! Not to mention we received a follow-up call the next day from Dr. Walbert to see how Charlie was feeling. We will continue to make this commute for all our pets needs! “Our dog and the cat both needed the works. Vaccinations, spay, neuter and flea medicine. The cost of treatments for 2 animals anywhere else would have been unfeasible. At Pets Alive someone on a fixed income can afford to be a response pet owner. They also do an excellent job at spaying and neutering your pet. Very clean. I would not take my pet anywhere else for the procedure. They also accept spay/neuter vouchers.”

I genuinely believe they care as much as we do about our pets. We moved from Texas and one of the hardest part was trying to find an veterinary office that filled our needs, one that loves your 4 legged babies the way you do, one that hears your concerns and talks to you, one that’s priced right. Wayside is it!! It’s the bees knees! The staff is stellar. Location is easy to get to and find. Pricing is reasonable. They genuinely care and hear you when you talk. The first time I took my pups to them they were able to fit them in the day of and heard my concern and eased my worries and took care of my babies. This is the only place I will trust with my fur babies.”

“When my cat vomited up blood on Sunday morning, only one vet would squeeze me in even though I wasn't one of their regular customers - Bloomington Veterinary Hospital. They did charge me an extra fee, but I was impressed by the fact that they would do that when others simply refused. Dr. Soto and everyone there was friendly, helpful and professional. My cat is okay and I can't recommend them highly enough.”
