“Had a significant root clog in my main line which flood flooded half of my basement. They came out Tuesday night to scope and snake and find exactly where the root problem was. They recommended a spot repair for now and monitor it for a couple of years. CJ and his team were able to get a permit, excavate, and fix the problem all within 24 hours. Now there is a good chance I’ll need to replace the whole main line down the road considering where I live, but the spot repair and his transparency is saving me thousands at the moment. With a kid on the way, there was just no way I could absorb the whole main line repair. The best thing you can do is be honest and transparent, especially when it comes to plumbing and dollars. We are very happy with the work and we appreciate the transparency he showed. I will be using them in the future.”
