The entire staff was amazing. We had looked at another dealership and felt like we were dealing with a used car salesman. All of the employees at Camping World were wonderful. We can't thank Kasey enough. He let us take our time and we love love love the camper we chose. If you purchase a camper at Camping World they will take care of you far past the sale.
My wife and I had a great experience purchasing our new camper from Camping World last week. We were introduced to Jamaica Pearson, who was very knowledgeable and helpful with our search.
He showed us a used 2019 camper that filled all the boxes that we wanted in a RV.
Jamaica in sales, the finance department and service were very pleasant to work with and the service people, especially the young man that worked on our camper were exceptional.
I would recommend anyone looking for an RV to check them out.
We were searching for a camper to add to the family and came across one that we liked located at Camping World in Council Bluffs. I reached out to ask about the camper. Vito and staff are amazing! Vito was there to answer questions for me (we live close to 5 hours away) and answer questions quickly. I let Vito know that we were looking at several campers in different states and his comment to me was, "If you find something that fits your needs and is priced reasonably, buy it. Even if it's not from us, we are here to help!" I find this kind of customer service to be above and beyond! Even after purchasing a camper that was closer to home for us, Vito still reached out to congratulate us on the purchase of a camper and that he was happy we found what fit our family. This will not be the last time we talk to Vito and I for sure will be sending family and friends their way. As rare as it sounds these day, Vito and crew are there to help in any was possible and it shows. Cheers!
We had a wonderful experience yesterday at Camping World! Lisa was our sales contact and she was so fabulous - kept us in the loop as we waited for our camper to come in. Drew did the walk through and made sure we understood everything about the camper and even fixed a lighting issue on our tow vehicle for us! We left happy and we would recommend buying your camper here! Also, while we were in the store, multiple people came up and asked us if we needed help and once we told them we were waiting on our camper, they all smiled and said congratulations! Such wonderful customer service! Great job!
Lisa Glenn is outstanding! She gave us all the time we needed, thoroughly answered our questions, and did a lot of customer education. She took the time to find out what we were really looking for how we would use the RV, what we would use to tow the RV, our price range. As she showed us both new and "previously enjoyed" models, she kept listening and refined the search as we commented on various features.
Today we bought our first RV and are so excited and grateful for a wonderful experience.
The doctors, nurses, and other staff members at the Lexington Clinic Ambulatory Surgery Center were some of the best healthcare professionals with which I’ve ever interacted. My pre-op nurse Jennifer and my post-op nurse Shirley were so very kind and attentive. I have moderate generalized anxiety, which doesn’t make undergoing surgery any easier, but these great women listened to me and made me feel more comfortable. Jennifer wasn’t feeling too well herself but she still took steps to ensure that I was relaxed and felt taken care of. Shirley was very understanding of my anxious state post-op and she was so kind. Never had a better surgery experience in all my life. The staff members here are amazing.
Shannon my pre op nurse and Tracy my post op nurse were amazing! They were hands down the most attentive, sweetest nurses I have ever had! Dr Keith Alexander also prayed with my family before my procedure! I highly recommend him and his exceptional staff!
I have to say I was very scared to have surgery but these nurses/Doctor made it a great experience. They get you in and out in no time depending on your procedure and make you feel very special.
My mother had sinus/nasal surgery here today. (01/26/17)
I have to say the doctor was awesome and the nurse she had post op...(Holly) was absolutely AMAZING!!! They are really great and did an awesome job of taking care of my mother. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!
