“We had many other businesses quote new windows for our house, but Hawkeye's price for the type of window we wanted installed was better. The window was installed properly and works very well. We also enjoyed their willingness to only put in one window at a time, so we can save for additional installations. This is something that other contractors did not seem interested in doing. We did have a couple concerns, but Hawkeye took them to heart and really tried to do what they could to ensure that we were taken care of. Honestly, that was probably the best part about the experience. Customer service goes a long way, and they did what was needed to ensure their customer was happy. We will definitely be looking at using them again.”

“An old fashioned salad bar! After 12 hours of driving all we wanted was good food served fast and hot and that is what we got and more. We were very happily surprised to find a soup and salad bar. The food was old country fried offerings with large portions. The staff were very friendly and got our food to us very fast. If you are looking for good food stop there.”

“This is probably more of a criticism about the shopping center than the restaurant: All 3 the trash cans outdoors of the restaurant were overflowing and blowing garbage everywhere, including the dining patio. So we chose not to eat outdoors. Also the restaurant restrooms were dodgy. The chips were delicious and very fresh and both employees were courteous.”

I know you didn't have to do that. I would think a large banking establishment such as Wells Fargo would have been more than happy to fix their error (even after finally admitting they were the ones in the wrong), but no the little guy (Cobalt) made everything right for me. People, if you are looking for a great financial institution to do business with, pick Cobalt Credit Union. They may not be large but they do have integrity, honesty and do go above and beyond for their customers. I'm so proud of them. Thanks to Tammy, Pete, and the whole Pork Crew, the Donner Party had a great time. 2022 was my 20th RAGBRAI and my second year with Pork Belly. Hands down, the best support on RAGBRAI. Yes, the weather was fantastic this year, and with Pork Belly, we never had to worry about anything. We had great camping, hot showers, cold lemonade + other beverages, dinner, and fantastic daily entertainment, including Maddie Poppe. I loved that once I got to camp, I didn't have to go anywhere or worry about anything. Even when one of our members had an accident, you and your crew helped in every way possible to make that easier. Thank you again for all your crazy hard work to pull this off year after year.
