She was great answering all our questions through the buying process. Was very nice and professional. Would recommend talking to her at the Council Bluffs location.
(July 12, 2020, 1:13 pm)Came to the store in Council Bluffs on a spur of the moment Saturday late afternoon. Was greeted warmly and received outstanding customer service. I’m remiss in getting the woman’s name but she was five star. Informed me the store doesn’t stock comforters but she would be happy to have it drop shipped. We made a little small talk as she processed my order and I was back on my way in less than 10 minutes feeling confident the order was placed, paid for and will be shipped in a reasonable time. Highly recommend!
(June 18, 2020, 10:56 am)Was helped as soon as I walked in the door. Sarah was extremely helpful and friendly. She showed me exactly what I asked for and didn't try to sell me something else. The mattress and spring I purchased were both on sale and shipping was free!! I also go a $50 off coupon when I signed up for emails online. Great place to get a deal on a bed!!
