Even when I'm there to ask some tough questions that might take them some real effort to get answers for, they always go out of their way to get the answers I need quickly. In a sea of bad customer service and support, they are a cut above the rest. “Went in yesterday looking for something I found on their site that was supposed to be in store & on sale, they were very good about it. I asked about the free gift over $50 that I spotted the sign for while there, they were patient as I looked for something else to get it. I told them I'm new in town, the 2 women were very sweet & we exchanged info about our areas. I didn't spend much, but got 2 "Star Wars" bracelets on sale & the free gift. Would definitely go back here again!”

“Good food and loved meeting my friend there but don't get an Irish coffee as they don't know how to make them. The waitress brought me out coffee with a ton of whipped cream on it that I couldn't have. Then she brought out a shot of I'm assuming was the whiskey. I told her that's not how you make an Irish coffee and she told me she didn't think so. I couldn't drink it as it was nasty but she tried charging me for it then when I said something she said oh you don't want that on there? Uh it shouldn't have been on the receipt in the first place. And I had to keep reminding her to bring out my soup. I was going to do 3 stars but since the food was so good I decided 4.”
