Minden Midtown Motel

This place is awesome. Marlene just makes you wanna stay forever. Beds are fabulous. I never get more than 5 hours asleep but here I slept over 11hrs.. it feels homey comfortable feels like heaven. Clouds all around but the rays of sun lit this little place up..

Ended up staying here on our trip back to Cleveland, came in super late and Marlene was very accommodating and helpful to us. The rooms were a lot bigger than we expected, and very clean as well! Definitely a cozy little place to stay if you’re out this way, will always recommend. 💜

I stayed here for a week unexpectedly while my car was getting worked on in the neighborhood. Miss Marlene was so lovely and welcoming! She really makes you feel at home. The motel is pet friendly with a very reasonable rate. If you're in the neighborhood, check it out!

It was getting a little late when we arrived, so we were very pleasantly surprised when the gracious lady (we later learned her name is Marlene) greeted us warmly and showed us in. She personally escorts her guests to their rooms, with the heat already on, and explains the TV remote and anything else one might need.

The place is clean, the price is right and the hospitality is perfect.

Met the lady at the store too. Very nice town.

I am so glad I decided to stay at Midtown Motel, been driving from California so I needed a place to sleep, the price was cheap In my opinion, the motel Host is very friendly and helpful as well, I really enjoyed the peace and quiet, I wouldn’t have mind staying here for a few days, my first night ever in Iowa was a great motel experience overall, it definitely deserves a good star review , if you are nearby and need a place to sleep, this is it. Room has microwave and a fridge as well along with a dining table and plenty of space for your personal stuff..
