“Dr. Braymen has been my dentist for 25 years. Last week I went in for a regular cleaning and Dr. Braymen found a cavity on one of my back right top molars. They made a follow up appointment for today with me. This was my first cavity so I was very anxious, but Dr. Braymen and his dental assistant talked me through the entire process and explained each new step they took in getting my tooth fixed. They numbed me up on the right side of my face which was not painful at all—they did a swab to numb the area and then injected the rest of the anesthetic in after that. Next, he looked around and verified that it was my only cavity, then began trimming away and cleaning out the cavity. Next they used a larger tool to finish cleaning out the cavity that was a little vibrating, but was not painful in any way. After that, they filled up the tooth and solidified the filling material. Then, to protect my teeth from future cavities, they gave me sealants on several of my molars that needed the extra help. This part took awhile and the substance they used tasted a little bad, but it wasn’t terrible. Lastly, they made sure my bite was still comfortable and smoothed out any spots that needed it for my teeth to match up comfortably! Overall, I’d highly recommend coming here. The customer service makes it very worth it, and the staff made sure I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. The prices are reasonable and they also answered any questions I had and made sure I was well-informed about the entire process. They even took pictures to show me the change!”
