“I've lived here since May and I've had a great experience so far. The townhouse we moved into was very clean when we moved in. The maintenance crew is quick to get things repaired, and the rent is affordable. They give us at least five days notice for when they're coming in for general maintenance. And the main office is super friendly. You can pay rent & utilities online, too, which is helpful. Pet rent is a little pricey, but they're very up-front and honest with their policies. Definitely a good first apartment experience so far.”
