My mother passed a couple of weeks ago and the pressure of having to deal with funeral details was daunting. Dunsford made everything so smooth and took care of things we didn’t even think of without missing a beat. The support, the details, the entire process made one of the most difficult times in our lives a little bit easier. I can not say enough good things about how we were taken care of as if we were a part of their family. Thank you is an understatement!
After talking with Steven, I felt like family,. So kind, caring, and REAL! He has taken care of my mother in law, my mother, and now my sister in law. Stephen & Karla at Dunsford Funeral Home were amazing. My father passed away on a Saturday evening. We called Dunsford and Stephen jumped into action, taking a major burden off the shoulders of my mother and myself. Throughout the next week they were great to work with, demonstrating knowledge, professionalism and most importantly, empathy. When tragedy strikes, I fully recommend Dunsford Funeral Home.
They were so kind. Didn't make you feel rushed in any decision making. Doesn't make you feel out of place. No question is a dumb question to them. If you wanted something special done, they try their best to get it done. Very respectful.
Stephen was amazing at helping me in my family's time of need. We had no idea what to do first. Stephen walked us through it step by step. He made a very difficult time much easier on me and the family. I can not say enough about this funeral home. Stephen went above and beyond for us. We had a lot going on with this funeral with details and Stephen and his staff were on top of everything. My late Grandfather looked amazing.
