I just wanted to share a little more about my experience with Don Hattan Ford. With my current 2015 F-150 having more than 300,000 miles on it, I started to search the internet since the local dealer I have used did not have what I was looking for. Looking for the right engine and style was my priority and with the low inventories around the country I was pleased to find what I was looking for only two hours away. While in the area on business I decided to drive to Augusta to take a look. From the moment I arrived it felt like home and when Leigh Fisher came out and greeted me, she welcomed me and I immediately felt like I was dealing with a friend. There was never a feeling of pressure to look at or purchase, like experiences I had elsewhere in the larger city dealerships. She was very knowledgeable about the truck, 2021 F-150, I was looking for and in no time I found myself ready to make a purchase. The truck had almost no miles on it and was almost what I would have ordered. My wife and I returned a few days later to finalize the deal and Leigh had everything in order. The truck was clean and fueled and ready to go. Dealing with the finance department was also a joy and as we were walking out we were greeted by applause as congratulations on our new truck. Leigh then handed us the keys, took our picture and we were good to go. Leigh continues to go above and beyond calling me week and a half later asking how I liked my truck and to see if there was anything that she or the dealership could do.
I have recommended Leigh and Don Hattan Ford to family and friends and I will definitely shop with them again when needing to make another vehicle purchase.

Everyone I have encountered there has been super helpful and treated me with the utmost respect.
