When he found he would be late, HE CALLED TO TELL ME HE WOULD BE LATE. 5.30 was his new ETA, and that's when he arrived. In my book, those two things make him exceptional. THEN he really impressed me with his quick assessment of the problem, resourceful sourcing of parts as the parts stores were closing, and then completing the work quickly and correctly - wheels-up and on the road by 8 pm. He was engaging, articulate, did not mind my hanging around to watch, and an all-around nice person. ~~~ My wife is ill and when I need to get the to the doc, or get meds, I can't be jacking around with a garage door that suddenly does not work. “We took my son to the ER because he woke up with a bad cough and labored breathing. We were admitted incredibly quickly and the staff was kind and took us seriously from the start. The nurses and doctor were very good with our son even though he was pretty upset. They explained the treatment options and the pros and cons of the different options. After treatment, my son quickly improved and they monitored his breathing for a while before sending us home. We highly recommend the Kansas Medical Center for emergency situations.”

“My mother has lived at V Falls for over a year now and we are so thankful for them. Her one bedroom apartment is well taken care of and spacious. We set up her room up as close to home as possible and they let us do whatever. I could list all the aids and med techs that have been wonderful to my mother. I put cameras in her room because I live out of state and I witness them hugging her, helping her and having a ongoing relationship that makes her feel at home. No facility is perfect and all of them have their short comings. My greatest wish list would be more changes to the nutritional department but understand the budget constraints. I go to sleep at night knowing that the vast majority of caregivers are treating my mom as they would like their mother cared for and I couldn't ask for more.”
