THEN he really impressed me with his quick assessment of the problem, resourceful sourcing of parts as the parts stores were closing, and then completing the work quickly and correctly - wheels-up and on the road by 8 pm. He was engaging, articulate, did not mind my hanging around to watch, and an all-around nice person. ~~~ My wife is ill and when I need to get the to the doc, or get meds, I can't be jacking around with a garage door that suddenly does not work.
