Joe at Norris Auto Repair ihas the most honest, reliable and trustworthy shop I have dealt with. My daughter had a breakdown on the interstate and the vehicle was towed to Norris Auto Repair. Joe quickly assessed the damage and let us know what was wrong with the vehicle. It is nice to know there are shops that are upfront with people and truly let them know what’s wrong with the vehicle. I have utmost respect and appreciation for Norris Auto Repair and would highly recommend them.

Usually pretty good about getting what needs to be done fixed quickly. Labor prices are slightly higher than I'd like. But definitely best mechanic for the area

Joe and Tony answer the phone then they have great customer service. The place is super busy so that's the only negative however it's not enough to deduct a star.

They work on my 2014 F-150 and my wife's 2015 Ford Fusion. They're always super professional and they will tell you what's wrong and give you a price before they do the work. It's a very good shop, the best auto repair in El Dorado.
