When he found he would be late, HE CALLED TO TELL ME HE WOULD BE LATE. 5.30 was his new ETA, and that's when he arrived. In my book, those two things make him exceptional. THEN he really impressed me with his quick assessment of the problem, resourceful sourcing of parts as the parts stores were closing, and then completing the work quickly and correctly - wheels-up and on the road by 8 pm. He was engaging, articulate, did not mind my hanging around to watch, and an all-around nice person. ~~~ My wife is ill and when I need to get the to the doc, or get meds, I can't be jacking around with a garage door that suddenly does not work. “I've been going to doctor Turner since I was in middle school and I am now almost 30. You could say he's doing something right, because my health is excellent! He's very caring and doesn't not want you to be in pain. He remembers my problems and asks how I'm doing every time I go to see him even if it's for something different. He will answer any question you have. If he doesn't suggest a testing that you might want, all you have to do is tell him that you maybe want an X-ray and he will usually do whatever makes you comfortable. His receptionist Carla is AMAZING, as are all of his nurses. I love this place! :-)”
