Hillcrest Bible Baptist Church

Well known, very visible Ark City church, active in the community. The time I visited we were attending a friend's birthday party as well as a potluck dinner. (What GOOD food!) Spoke with the pastor's wife and she seemed nice.

I tried a few churches while going to Cowley college in Ark city.
Hillcrest has friendly people and sound doctrine.

Very friendly people here and the ushers help greet you and direct you to where you're looking to go. Enjoy the spiritual environment and the helpful truths from the Bible to hear from the Pastor.

Great for teens and kids. We also have an amazing preacher.

Like all churches go for awhile and be peaceful prayerful as Christ is in you. Then as always happens with everyone we have to work or be out of town for a few weeks. Be silent of the leave of absence. Then turn your phones to messaging or off. In a few weeks when you get back see who speaks and smiles at you up town and those that conversation out of love not gossip or scornful. If the majority care about you and yours it's Christ's Church for you and yours. If not then it's not for you. If anyone holds their nose high they aren't Christians. If a few know you they are the remnant Christians at their church befriend them and remember to pray for them.
