Patient care is the number one priority and we have high expectations for all our staff to ensure quality care is being given. Since our expectations for all our employees are very high, we are there every step of the way to assist them at any time. Management is on-call and accessible 24/7 with any issues you may run into. We have also done some update to our facility that has made a huge impact on our residents. With all the activities and entertainment that happens on a daily basis the residents are enjoying themselves. It is nice to see the residents with smiles. We care about our staff and we encourage our staff to continue with their education. We have incentives to make them feel special too.
