(April 4, 2018, 9:25 am)I have loved my time at Underground Lab because the workouts are fun, interesting, and always changing! They emphasize proper form in every exercise, and they have coaches coming around all the time to encourage us and help us get better. If you want to get more involved in the fitness community in a friendly, welcoming, non-intimidating environment, UGL is the place for that in Lawrence!

I love how the trainers consistently mix up workouts and the workouts are always challenging but definitely doable. They have modifications for every level of fitness and it has a positive and encouraging environment every time you walk in the door. I would definitely recommend UGL to anyone looking to see results quickly and for anyone wanting to be motivated to push themselves each workout!
(March 28, 2018, 4:04 pm)A great workout with an exceptional “family” atmosphere. The coaches and members are very welcoming and encouraging. The coaches are highly trained and helpful. Always leave with a great workout and have fun along the way!

It is an environment filled with tools to help you reach your goals and knowledgeable/supportive people who help you out every step of the way. The atmosphere in this gym is different than any other and I’m blessed to say I workout here!
(November 7, 2017, 5:12 pm)I been a member for a long long time and one of the things that I appreciate the most about the underground lab is that they evolve constantly. They are always looking for ways to get better and make our stay a more positive one. The coaches are great. The people there is great and everyone gets along. All I can say is that this studio is filled with positive people that are constantly pushing and cheering each other. Highly recommend it. If you're on the fence don't be, trust me you won't regret it.
