(March 12, 2019, 1:04 pm)A really good home improvement store. Wel stocked shelves, good values, good clerks, and clean site in dental. You sometimes have to look a bit for a clerk but once you find one they can get you the assistance you need.
(March 6, 2019, 4:59 am)I was thoroughly impressed by this stores customer service. After purchasing a light fixture I was upset that a light bulb exploded on installation. I came back to the store to see if there was any way to replace this one bulb as the other 3 are still working. Mason who was located in the lighting department went above and beyond to help me find a replacement. After figuring out that this bulb was not available in the correct wattage, and we had purchased the last fixture, she climbed up and removed a bulb from the display model. I’ve never had someone go so far out of their way to help a customer. Thank you Menards for hiring such wonderful staff.

(January 26, 2019, 2:13 am)Will change to 5 stars if they start price-matching Amazon. I don't have Prime yet and I don't want to have to get it to know I'm getting a fair price everytime! Surely a company of this size can accept a slightly lower profit margin on certain items. Still, Menard's is great. They have pretty much everything you need under one roof including these awesome Philips automotive bulbs that not one auto parts store in town carried! I have purchased many tools from them as well that have lasted a long time despite what I paid for them.
