“Wonderful wonderful place. Totally love it. A nice size neighborhood park and lake. Has different path with covered shields. Totally not hot at all. Mary lake can fish. It has a lot of catfish and turtles. You literally need to watch out the turtle to come steal your bait. Great nice park and Mary lake.”

“Wonderful place to bike ride and run on the trails, right next to the beautiful Lawrence river. They also have a pull up set and dip set to exercise. You can also go down to the river and fish. Very nice place for exercise and exploration and even relaxation.”

“I grew up in North Lawrence and Lyons Park was always fun. There's basketball and tennis courts, two ball fields, a playground with a shelter and bathrooms. It's a great clean place to spend the day with your friends and family.”

“A very old, well kept cemetery with many interesting headstones and crypts. There were a couple of headstones that stood out and imprinted themselves in my heart. It is very large, with many meandering roads, gorgeous trees and plants. There was no office so no restrooms, go before you arrive. If I lived in the neighborhood, I would walk there often. Peaceful, beautiful and a nice place to visit.”
