An extensive set of trails that has many challenges with elevation. There are signs marking the numerous trails. I did appreciate the signs marking how to return to the trailhead. I did enjoy long sections of fast flowly trails. But some sections were unrideable because of erosion and loose rocks.
Mountain Bike trails are great!
Great set of trails, very Rocky and challenging. Also some smooth flowing sections! Some sections are very close to the water so cooling of in Lake Perry is also possible.
If getting out in nature is enjoyable to you, this is a great place to start. The trails are clearly marked. There are short trails & side that take hours. Try it, you won't be sorry
These trails are an awesome way to take in the lakeside scenery, but they cover a lot of steep terrain so you need to plan accordingly. Wear proper shoes, take plenty of water and a phone or GPS for safety. We hiked all the way down to the water's edge along the peninsula and made an approx. 1 mi. loop to the west before heading back out. It was a great time but we had two small children & the steep slopes were almost too much for them.
