Their team is knowledgable, friendly and easy to get in touch with. As for the product, it is fantastic. The application process was straightforward and solved our problems. No more leaking roof. No more buckets in the warehouse. The product is a little more expensive than something off the shelf, but as in most cases, you get what you pay for.
