“This place is well maintained and staff is friendly. The machines are a bit pricey but they clean well and quickly so this offsets the price. I gave four stars because the facility is small. There are 2 places to fold laundry. This is great for one or 2 persons household. Large loads have to use the counter if it is availablre or fold with little to no space.”

“I have been doing business with this establishment for 5 years now. I bought a home in Gardner (5 years ago) and began to look for a new Dry cleaners, (since I was new to the area), all of my clothes have to be clean and ironed for work. I tried another place in town and I didn't like their quality of work. They broke buttons and did not fix their mistake. When I brought up my concern thy offered to fix the problem for a price... I took my dry cleaning to Royal Cleaners in Gardner and they were polite fast and efficient. I had a couple problems with buttons being broken off over the years and without hesitation when I ask them to fix the issues, they always are very receptive to all of my needs. they usually do not charge me for fixing the issues, and they own up to the problem 100% of the time. While I was on vacation this year I picked up a little souvenir for them because I appreciate them so much. The folks there at Royal Cleaners in Gardner Kansas are more than just a place that dry clean my clothes, they are in my mind friends that have helped me afford a good living by making sure that my clothes always look great! Some places treat you like snot and are not personable but this is not one of those places. I'm not the most social person but I do feel warm and welcomed when I go there and that's important to me.
