“Orangetheory Fitness as a fitness brand is great, but the Lenexa location is top notch. The coaches created the positive workout environment, which is great. But to me what takes it above and beyond is the admin staff. The group of ladies that work up front are wonderful! They take the time to know each member's name and check in on how things are going. They seem to be invested in each member as an individual, despite how many of us there are. The members are also really encouraging to each other. We're all there for our own goals but interact with each other to encourage the group. It's truly a great workout environment. Workouts are general yet personalized at the same time because it's all heart rate based. Great model. Great experience!”

“My boyfriend has been working really hard lately, so I wanted to treat him to a massage. It was last minute, and I wanted a 60-minute massage for him the same day. I checked Groupon, and I read a lot of online reviews of salons close to his home. When I called Timothy Weber: A Hair Salon, I noticed immediately that the receptionist was kinder than several others that I had called. Fortunately, they had an available appointment that afternoon for a 60-minute deep tissue massage with Emily. I booked it, paid for it over the phone (including the tip), and then text my boyfriend the details. He is actually at PTA and a LMT, and he said that the massage with Emily was definitely better than most, and that he would certainly go back. Though I only encountered the salon on the phone, I am appreciative of the respect and demeanor of the team, as well as quality of service based on the feedback from my boyfriend.”

“I came to a painting class Carley was putting on. My wife and I attended and I was the only guy. Pretty rad. I enjoyed Carley's style and my painting came out pretty ok considering I've never painted before. She's a good teacher. I couldn't resist buying some little trinkets for my small niece and nephew. They were big hits with the little kids. I also bought some cool bookends for the mantle. I'll check back in often for new stuff.”

“Stopped in for restaurant week and we we're blown away with the food. I'm a huge food person and it takes a lot to impress me. They had a four course meal. Most of the other restaurants are only doing a 3 course. I wasn't disappointed with a single thing. I had the chance to look at the regular menu they're are a lot of good selections at a great price. “I enjoy going to the Gents Place every 3-4 weeks for a haircut, massage and hand waxing. The staff there is very professional and attentive to your needs. They offer shoe shine service, an elegant waiting area with a bar and pool table, massagea and straight razor shaves. A small thing, but something I especially like is that when they cut your hair, they use a straight razor on the back of your neck. Not many places do that anymore. I highly recommend the Gents Place.”
