(June 19, 2021, 1:27 pm)I'm a road and trail runner, but this time of year it's 80 at 6am so I usually head inside to Nancy's bank of treadmills. The place is invariably spotless and there's never any waiting, no matter what time I go. Nancy, by the way, is a sweetheart; always smiling and very helpful.
(May 21, 2021, 1:39 am)Love this place. The owner (Nancy) is so dedicated to her customers and to delivering a safe and professional fitness experience. I have been a member for years and they just keep getting better. State of the art sanitation procedures and social distancing protocols are in place. It’s so nice to work out on YOUR schedule ... “anytime” !
