Mansions at Canyon Creek Apartments - Lenexa, KS

My New Happy Place! My first impression of Mansions at Canyon Creek was friendly and helpful. Jesse was professional, knowledgeable, and upbeat about helping me find a new home. When I came in to view the apartment, I was so happy to see a clean, beautiful, and modern space! It had all the qualities that I was looking for. Jesse made sure that all of the move in details were to my satisfaction. Seth, the maintenance man, and Jesse worked as a team to upkeep the property. Thank you, guys, for always saying, that if I need anything just to call!

My boyfriend and I were extremely impressed with the look of the floor plans, as well as the beautiful community. It is so heartwarming to receive constant waves and hellos from our neighbors. I feel like that does not happen to often living in a community like this.

Jesse Webb, who is the assistant property manager, was so incredible to work with. We were in a rush to move, and we saw the apartment, applied that night, and we were accepted the next day. The day after that, we moved in. I could not give enough credit to him for saving us, and he definitely deserves it! :)

Have lived here since June of 15.. Beautiful units and extremely unique.
Property management is wonderful.
Had a recent issue with a garage door spring that broke late on a Friday.
They asked if I could wait until Monday and allowed me use of a vacant units garage next door... until it was fixed!
