(January 5, 2019, 9:27 pm)Went for the first time today and I was blown away with the customer service. I am so tired of the sales pitch when walking into Men's Warehouse or Joseph A Bank and that's why I am now in love with this place. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was free to look at clothes with zero pressure. Lou was beyond nice and extremely helpful. As a big guy, it's usually uncomfortable looking for the right clothes that fit and he made the entire experience fun and enjoyable. He also made me try on a size I never would have before and it was perfect. Such a great experience and I can't say enough good things about them!

With Dedric's expert guidance I came out with exactly what I wanted even though I went in there not knowing what I was looking for. He did an excellent job, I will be back to work with him again in the future.
(October 19, 2018, 10:16 am)Took my son here to shop for some biz casual for upcoming job interviews. We were greeted by Trent who was helpful and friendly. He assisted with the selections but was never pushy. He checked on us often and brought different sizes back to the dressing room. Excellent customer service; we were both very impressed by Trent. To my son's delight, we were in and out of the store in less than an hour WITH an interview outfit. We will be returning soon for some jeans and casual pants for the colder weather.
(September 10, 2018, 3:05 pm)Trent greeted me at first sight, offered assistance immediately but I turned him away bcuz I'd been shopping DXL two years now and now what I want and how to find it. It is still nice and very professional for them to still offer anyway. Customer service skills are definitely there. I use to only go to Barry Road DXL and decided to try this Overland Park store today. I'll probably be coming to this store from here on out. Very clean and well organized. Thank you for being the best!
