My old fleet manager from Estenson/hub group is now their FM. He’s the best to pull for. Ex driver so he’s one of us and will go to bat whenever the number is called. I’ll be over there with the other fellas that left Estenson just the same.
They have a New Fleet Manager, Eric Alvey who just started at the Oalathe Kansas Twrminal. Worked with him at Estenson Logistics in Kansas City. The Best Fleet Manager hands down anywhere!. He goes 200% for his drivers!..want a day off?..no prob...need a ride to work..no problem. Need a place to stay..no problem. Beefing with Saftey...he on it. Im gonna quit my job and go there soon.
Not bad at All.. have to deal with Warehouse not wrapping pallets correctly has nothing to do with S&H- but things are seeming to start ironing out. I see things getting better for those that stick around. Trucks are good, some better, a few worse overall a decent fleet... Year round freight. Its good money, more you work more you make the big money is there, if you wanna make it but overall its good pay. Just come in run your loads and go home and enjoy your pay and you will be ok....
