I had 20 plaques made and noticed I had given the incorrect spelling of a name (the problem was totally my doing). I took the plaque back to be corrected and they had it re-done in less than an hour! “Really enjoyed a scent my friend had and she said it was Winter Candy Apple from Bath and Body Works. They had a sale going on that is buy 2 get 1 free or buy 3 and get 3 free. Choosing between those options was a no brainier so we walked out with the 6. Very wide range of scents and a huge collection of winter and holiday favorites. Worth checking out if you have a special someone that would enjoy different fragrances.”

“The staff here is always so nice and helpful. This morning i was trying to purchase online to pick up in store. The website kept booting me out. I think it was my phone really, its really old. Anyways, I called and Maryella (i hope i am spelling it right, if not forgive me) from guest services and I told her the issue I was having. Before I could ask if she could look to see if they had it and place it at guest services, she was already offering to do that. She found what I needed and made sure it had my husbands name on it. I kept speaking as she was getting ready to speak because I was not ready for her to give me 10/10 customer service. My apologies for speaking over you. I know that sounds weird but not all places give this level of customer service anymore. Sounds simple but sometimes I have to walk them each stepof the way like or they will not ask any of the questions above. She really deserves to be noticed for doing her job so well and with a great attitude. Thank you again. Will shop again soon.”

“This place is amazing! Shopped for fishing lures for my husband, so many choices and a helpful employee to suggest the correct type of lures. Than my friend and I got our picture taken with Santa and the photographer gave us two copies of the photo for free. Bought some kettle corn on the way out. It was fun for holiday shopping.”

“I have nothing but tremendous things to say about our experience with Mia's Bridal. Sam was so gracious and patient with us while trying to find the perfect bridesmaids dresses. There was never pressure to try-on or buy something we weren't 110% happy with. She even surprised me when the dress we loved was available in our desired color...HAPPY TEARS all around! Because of this wonderful service, we did our suits through Mia's Bridal as well. Same exceptional service from Jessica. Leading up to the time to pick-up our suits, Jessica kept the guys in order and made sure they stayed true to what they were supposed to be ordering (no one wanted the shoes). She also kept in communication (email and phone) with both, my fiance and I. We went as a bridal party to pick up the suits before the wedding, and were met with open arms from both, Sam and Jessica (great surprise)! They made this experience just as fun for the guys, as they did for the ladies, and handled any alterations needed on the spot. I think we even gave them some entertainment on a cold, snowy night! All-in-all this was a fantastic experience, and I recommend Mia's Bridal to anyone looking for exceptional service, good price point, great selection, and an excellent all-around experience!!!”
