However, not a fan of the South room... it tends to get filled with smoke from the outdoor smoking area it's connected to and is also extremely loud on that side. During my last visit, the staff was great about moving us to the North room eventhough they were packed with a 30 minute wait.”

I had several issues that I wasn't able to sort out. She was very patient with me and was even able to help me fix the problems. With such a wonderful cashier such as this it makes me want to come back and shop here more. I think her name was Abriana but I'm not quite sure. They were able to come to my house the next day to measure the square footage in my home while two other carpet companies gave us a week before they could come out and do the measurements. While he measured he took the time to have a great conversation with my Wife and I. Kevin Walton was the gentlemen that helped us out from start to finish and he was great to work with. They delivered it on the morning of Christmas Eve, carried it in, set it up, and was able to surprise my spouse that evening! :) Salesman was helpful, delivery guys were courteous and respectful. Jake helped us find the perfect couch and got us connected with the lead designer Josh. Josh helped us narrow down our fabric choices and pick the right sectional and pillows to match our space. Josh made us feel at ease, gave us some laughs, provided us superb customer service and to top it off made sure we enjoyed some frozen custard and cookies! (Yes! They have custard and cookies!) I loved hearing about the history of this family owned business that started in Emporia! It is a gem for the state of Kansas and we highly recommend. No matter your budget or what you are looking for— look here first. They have a great selection and are also very kid friendly (If you have kiddos they have tricycles the kids can ride!) “The staff here is always so nice and helpful. This morning i was trying to purchase online to pick up in store. The website kept booting me out. I think it was my phone really, its really old. Anyways, I called and Maryella (i hope i am spelling it right, if not forgive me) from guest services and I told her the issue I was having. Before I could ask if she could look to see if they had it and place it at guest services, she was already offering to do that. She found what I needed and made sure it had my husbands name on it. I kept speaking as she was getting ready to speak because I was not ready for her to give me 10/10 customer service. My apologies for speaking over you. I know that sounds weird but not all places give this level of customer service anymore. Sounds simple but sometimes I have to walk them each stepof the way like or they will not ask any of the questions above. She really deserves to be noticed for doing her job so well and with a great attitude. Thank you again. Will shop again soon.”
