“1.14.19- once again top notch 5 star service from Polestar. We use them for all heating/cooling and plumbing needs. They are always honest and fix the issue without forcing you into an expensive fix. Brian came today and was fantastic. Fixed an issue with our heater than has existed for multiple years. First time the gas part of our heater worked properly! Loni was prompt and very courteous. He spent over 1.5 hours ensuring the unit was running properly and walked me through each step.
