The old water was leaking and created a huge mess... rust everywhere... but they cleaned it up as if nothing ever happened. They were able to retrofit the vents and get me setup up quickly with very little down time. They were honest and even great to show me how to work the thing and told me there are some add on Wifi options if I ever want them. This wasn't a hard sell moment.
