“We really like the floors Classic Floors provided - good service, installation, and answering questions. They did have a problem installing one kind of luxury vinyl plank floor that wasn't sticking when glued down, so they switched that floor out with a floor that was snap together, but doing that extended our install by another 3 weeks. They did admit their error right away and they did fix it as fast as possible. My family would choose them again.”

“Many hands and happy hearts of young and old volunteers from United Methodist Church of the Resurrection packed "bed bags" tonight for one of our partner schools: a soft cuddly blanket, a book for the child's age in reading, a pair of warm socks, and a dental hygiene kit made up of toothbrush, toothpaste, dental floss. The children will be gifted these items in a reusable bag by volunteers who will explain their need for sleep in order to pay attention and learn from their teachers, how to care for their teeth properly, and they will know someone really cares about their health and helping them become better students.”

“Wow! So impressed! As per typical “carpet emergency”, I am having a Christmas party this weekend. As per typical when such an occasion arises, the great big dog gets sick and has the big D all over my beautiful cream-colored carpets (pet owners, you KNOW what I’m talking about!) Store-bought carpet cleaning agents didn’t do anything. In panic mode, I called Bock’s Steam Star as a friend recommended them to me. The gentleman who took my call was so understanding and said he had one crew that could fit me (and my stained carpets) later on THAT SAME AFTERNOON. Wow! I got a call 30 minutes before the two fabulous employees showed up at my door, and they did a fantastic job. No promises were made (stained pretty bad) but got it completely cleaned and the carpet looked like NEW again! They also cleaned 3 “spots” from carpet in different rooms that have been there since I moved into this house in June. I cannot recommend them enough. Carpets were clean/spot-free and not overly wet like so many companies leave them to be.
