“I had excellent service from Matthew and his response to my questions were very quick. He informed me through the whole process. I wasn't sure what to expect as it is a competitive auto shipping world and they have to make predictions based and what the current market will accept to ship your car. They explained that their charge had a $50 +/- contingent if necessary. I only gave them a few days notice for shipping from Los Angeles to Boston and they were pretty spot on. They picked up exactly when they said they would and dropped off 7 days later as stated. I did not pay any extra, the price I paid originally was the price I paid. I had some logistical problems with the Boston location (streets are difficult to navigate etc) but my driver picked up when I called and we made arrangements to pick up very close to the original location and then as he traveled closer to the drop location, he gave me 1 hour and 30 minute away updates. It was very smooth. No damage to the car and the driver was super nice. I would highly recommend.”

She was very specific about what she wanted and we had already spent our day going from dealership to dealership without much luck and not much faith in the customer service we had experienced. Reed Auto Group was our last stop and Tim was our last hope. He greeted us like we were normal folks and really listened to what we wanted. He just wasn't there to push us into any car. He was really great at engaging our daughter and left a positive lasting impression on us and especially our daughter for her first car buying experience. Anyone that wants a partner in selecting a vehicle and not just a salesperson you have to go see Tim at Reed. He has restored our expectations of what buying a car should be. They are wonderful, trustworthy, reliable and have the best coffee machine I have ever seen! Volvo’s are excellent driving and riding machines. My first S60 I kept for 13 years, only going into another due to technology. I leased a S60I for three years, turning it back in for my new S90, which was a very easy process.
